Crusade #47

Overall, for an experiment I am fine with how they turned out.  I would like to have been able to glue down the wrapping paper without it wrinkling.  Plus, the wrapping paper on the bottom two are kind of cutesy, but that's all we had left!  :)   On the first one, I tried to replicate the swirly patterns from the wrapping paper using watercolor.

Marcia - thanks for sharing your evidence pages with the team. I like how you interpreted the challenge, making use of the remnant wrapping paper in different ways - by playing off the patterns, and by adding in some storytelling. Bravo!

Three wonderful pages, Marcia. The second two are such fun and the first so strikingly beautiful. Great work!

I really like your first page where you've incorporated the pattern of the paper into a pattern of the paper! I'm not sure I actually just made sense there! Great pages!

Visiting all the crusaders and love how you mixed in the wrapping paper so seemlessly to create something brand new, very cool!
